United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX) recently received a key anti-trust approval from China’s State Administration for Market Regulation clearing the way for United Technologies to proceed with the proposed acquisition of Rockwell Collins, Inc. United Technologies provides, develops and manufactures high technology systems like aircraft engines, aerospace systems, HVAC, elevators and escalators, fire and security, building systems, and industrial products. The proposed acquisition was announced on September 4, 2017. Rockwell Collins is a provider in aviation and high-integrity solutions for commercial and military customers around the world.
