First Cobalt Continues to Extend Mineralization at Iron Creek and Intersects High Grade Copper

First Cobalt, a pure-play cobalt company focused on advancing its flagship Iron Creek Cobalt Project in Idaho, US, recently reported drill results that continue to extend mineralization at the project while identifying more copper-rich areas to the west of the deposit. Drill results reported are from 4 holes as part of a second phase of drilling conducted during 2018 and include 2.22% Cu over 13.4m, including 4.01% Cu over 3.0m, and 3.90% Cu and 0.22% Co over 1.9m, including 10.37% Cu and 0.47% Co over 0.5m. First Cobalt announced an Inferred Resource estimate at Iron Creek of 26.9 million tonnes grading 0.11% cobalt equivalent in September 2018. An updated mineral resource estimate that will include the current results as well as results from pending 18 drill holes is expected to be released in March of this year.
