Tesla Motors is launching the long-awaited standard Model 3 starting at $35,000. This new model offers 220 miles of range, a top speed of 130 miles-per-hour and 0 to 60 mph acceleration of 5.6 seconds. The Company is also releasing a longer-range version called for Model 3 Standard Range, offering 240 miles of range, a top speed of 140 mph, 0-60 mph acceleration of 5.3 seconds, starting at $37,000. Tesla will gradually shut down showrooms while shifting all worldwide sales online.
