Kerr Mines, an emerging gold producer currently advancing its 100%-owned Copperstone Mine project in Arizona to production recently announced the Phase II resource expansion program at the project. They have also declard the receipt of an environmental permit modification. The underground resource expansion program consists of up to 15,000 meter drilling with the primary objective of increasing mine life by 3-4 years to 8 years at a rate of 38,000-40,000 ounces of gold per year. The environmental permit modification provides permission for the construction of the whole ore leach and Sulfidization-Acidification-Recycle-Thickening gold processing systems. All other permits required for mine operations and gold production are in hand and do not require modification.
