Tesla is planning to reveal its new Model Y electric crossover SUV at an event in Los Angeles on March 14. The SUV would cost 10% more than the Model 3 sedan and have slightly less range for the same battery. Model Y will share 75% of its parts with the Model 3, which is currently Tesla’s cheapest car. It will be the Company’s fifth car design since being founded in 2003.
