United States telecom giant AT&T has partnered with cryptocurrency payment processor BitPay to accept online bill payments in cryptocurrencies, becoming the first major U.S. mobile carrier to provide a cryptocurrency payment option to customers. AT&T customers can now use the BitPay platform to pay their online bills with cryptocurrencies, by selecting BitPay as a payment option when they log on to their accounts online or with the myAT&T app.
