Cryptocurrency payment processing firm BitPay has hired former Worldpay U.S. veteran Glen Braganza as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining BitPay, Braganza served as the CFO of Worldpay U.S., and was responsible for over $150 billion in annual payment processing volume. Mr. Braganza also has experience in executing Mergers and Acquisitions for financial services organizations, initially working at Lloyds Banking Group in the UK and then at Jefferies & Co in London. With his 15 years of experience in private equity and public markets, Braganza would help the Company leverage blockchain for fast consumer transactions and easy global payments as BitPay grows into a global financial organization.
