Cryptic Labs, a blockchain-focused research lab, announced on Monday, September 10th that they have appointed Dr. Eric S. Maskin and Sir Christopher Pissarides to its board. The appointment of these two Nobel Prize laureates will assist the company in developing their research of the evolving blockchain technology and bring an expertise of macroeconomics. Cryptic Labs’ mission is in “solving fundamental security problems to advance the growth of blockchain technology” and while chief scientist and cryptography expert Dr. Whitfield Diffie has already actively been a part of the Cryptic Labs team, the addition of two new and experienced board members will be a strategic asset for the company’s growth.
