Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) said that its robo-taxis will be available in some markets next year. All of their cars are being built to have the hardware necessary for full self-driving capabilities. Tesla also unveiled an in-house designed microchip for self-driving vehicles. Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk, claimed that their in-house chip is much faster than the competing NVIDIA solution they were using.
