Tetra Tech, Inc. has acquired eGlobalTech, an information technology (IT) solutions, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and management consulting firm based in Arlington, Virginia. eGlobalTech will join Tetra Tech’s Government Services Group. The terms of the acquisition have yet to be disclosed by either party.
