Atlassian Corp. Plc (TEAM), Monday said it agreed to buy AgileCraft, a provider of enterprise agile planning software, for a about $166 million. AgileCraft was founded in 2013 and is based in Georgetown, Texas.

Atlassian Corp. has agreed to buy AgileCraft for $166 million through a combination of cash and stock. The cash component will comprise of approxiately $154 million, while the remainder in Atlassian restricted shares. AgileCraft is the provider of enterprise agile planning software that helps organizations to build and manage a ‘master plan’ of their most strategic projects and work-streams. The deal is expected to close in April 2019.
