FLIR Systems Inc. will acquire Endeavor Robotic Holdings in an all-cash transaction of $385 million. Endeavor Robotic Holdings is a developer of battle-tested, tactical unmanned ground vehicles for the global military, public safety, and critical infrastructure markets. FLIR is significantly expanding its unmanned systems capabilities with Endeavor Robotics and the previous acquisition of Aeryon Labs. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019 and will become part of the FLIR Government and Defense Business Unit’s Unmanned Systems and Integrated Solutions division.
