Uber Technologies, the Ride-hailing giant will price its initial public offering (IPO) at a price range of ~$44 to $50 per share. Uber plans to sell 180 million common shares, raising about $8 billion to $10 billion in proceeds through the IPO. The pricing is expected to give Uber a valuation of about $80 billion to $90 billion. The Company plans to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “UBER.” UBER plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
