Voters in seven states will be assessing 36 different cannabis proposals, ranging from overall legalization of cannabis usage to the tax of cannabis sales. It is forecasted that following the elections, the U.S. will have a more favourable look on the industry. It is suggested that there will be less federal harassment, reassessment of the criminal justice reform, and general destigmatization of cannabis as a drug.
